Fixano Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 10, December 2025
Operated by SGA Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Fixano (“Fixano”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Overview:

The Fixano Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”) allows eligible users (“Members”, “you”) to earn and redeem Fixano Points (“Points”) through qualifying purchases made via the Fixano mobile application or website. Participation is voluntary and governed by these Rewards Terms, which form part of Fixano’s Terms of Service.

Eligibility:

To participate, you must:
• Maintain an active Fixano account in good standing.
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Reside in a region where Fixano services are offered.

Fixano may suspend or revoke participation for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.

Earning Fixano Points:

Accrual Rate

Members earn 2 Fixano Points for every $1 USD spent on qualifying service charges.
Points are not earned on:
• The flat Fixano service fee
• Taxes
• Delivery or logistics charges (if applicable)
• Promotions or discounts
• Non-service items

When Points Are Credited

Points are credited to your account only after the corresponding order has been completed and delivered.

Non-Qualifying Transactions

Points are not earned on orders that are canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or fully discounted by promotions.

Point Redemption:

Minimum Points Required

Members must have a minimum balance of 1,000 Fixano Points before redemption becomes available (“Redemption Threshold”). Once this threshold is reached, Members may redeem their entire balance, including any amount above 1,000 (example: if you have 1,150 Points, all 1,150 Points may be redeemed).

The availability, value, and terms of Point redemption may be modified or discontinued at any time by Fixano.
Redemption requires a minimum balance of 1,000 Fixano Points unless otherwise updated by Fixano.

Redemption values, eligible services, and program thresholds may change with or without notice, and Fixano is not responsible for any reduction in utility or value resulting from such changes.

Redemption Value

100 Fixano Points = $1 USD discount on eligible services.
Redemption cannot exceed the value of the service subtotal.

Restrictions on Redemption

Points cannot be applied toward:
• The flat Fixano service fee
• Taxes
• Delivery or logistics charges
• Gift cards or non-service items

No Cash Value

Points are not redeemable for cash or refunds.

Ownership, Non-Transferability, and Account Integrity:

Non-Transferability

Members acknowledge that Points:
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• Cannot be gifted, traded, or sold
• Have no monetary or property value until redeemed within the Platform

Single Account Requirement

Each Member may maintain only one Fixano account.
Creating multiple accounts to earn additional Points, exploit referrals, or bypass program rules is prohibited.

Fixano may reverse Points, void referral rewards, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

Referral Program Terms:

Referral Eligibility

When a Member refers a new user (“Referee”):
• The Referee receives a 10% discount on their first order.
• Referral Points are awarded to the referring Member only after the Referee completes their first successful checkout.

Anti-Fraud Restrictions

Members may not:
• Refer themselves
• Create duplicate or fake accounts
• Use false or misleading information to generate referrals

Fixano may deny or reverse referral-related Points at its discretion.

Adjustments and Reversals:

Fixano may adjust or revoke Points if:
• An order is canceled, refunded, or disputed
• Points were issued incorrectly
• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Program rules or Terms of Service are violated

Fixano is not responsible for Points lost due to technical issues, outages, or user errors.

Program Modifications and Termination:

Fixano reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Adjusting point accrual rates
• Changing redemption values
• Modifying earning eligibility
• Altering minimum redemption thresholds
• Changing or removing referral rewards
• Introducing point expiration rules
• Limiting or discontinuing specific rewards or benefits

Continued participation in the Rewards Program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Rewards Terms.

Fixano is not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any direct or indirect loss of value in Points due to changes in the Rewards Program. Points have no vested value and do not create any contractual or property rights for Members.

If the Rewards Program is discontinued, Fixano may offer a limited period for Members to redeem remaining Points but is not obligated to compensate or credit any unused Points.

Limitation of Liability:

Fixano is not liable for lost, delayed, miscalculated, or unredeemed Points. Fixano does not guarantee continued access to the Rewards Program. Participation is provided “as is” and at your own risk.Fixano’s total liability relating to the Rewards Program will not exceed the lesser of: The value of Points earned in the prior six months, or $50 USD.

Governing Law:

These Rewards Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Terms of Services & Orders

By placing an order with Fixano, the user (“Customer”) agrees to the following Terms of Services & Orders in full.

Service Category Accuracy

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct service category, size, and condition for their items at the time of order submission. Fixano relies on the information provided by the Customer to process services accurately

Pricing Adjustments for Mismatched Services

If the item received does not match the selected service category, size, or description, Fixano reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect the correct service. Any pricing difference will be communicated to the Customer prior to proceeding. If the Customer declines the adjustment, Fixano may cancel the service

Service Feasibility & Right to Refuse Completion

All items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Fixano reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the requested service cannot be safely, reasonably, or effectively completed due to item condition, material limitations, contamination, hygiene, or structural concerns.

Right to Refuse Collection

Fixano reserves the right not to collect an item if it materially differs from the description provided, poses safety or handling concerns, is excessively soiled, or is otherwise incompatible with the requested service.

Logistics, Collection & Return

Fixano will make reasonable efforts to collect and return items in a timely manner. Delivery and turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. If delays or logistical issues arise, the Customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Inability to Complete Service

If Fixano determines that a service cannot be completed after processing has begun, Fixano may cancel the service and issue a refund for the applicable service charges in a timely manner.

Operating Zones & Service Area Limitations

Fixano services are limited to designated operating zones. Orders placed outside active service areas may be canceled, and refunds will be issued for service charges only.

Fixed Service Fee (Non-Refundable)

Each order includes a fixed service fee covering platform operations, logistics coordination, inspection, and administrative costs. This fixed service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, mismatched services, or declined work.

Completed Work, Complaints & Resolution

If a Customer has concerns regarding completed services, the Customer must contact Fixano directly through official support channels to allow Fixano a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Fixano may request photos, additional details, or return of the item for inspection where appropriate.

Use of Vetted Service Providers

Fixano uses vetted and approved service partners and applies industry-standard best practices. Service outcomes may vary based on item condition, age, materials, and prior wear.

Media Use & Completed Work Showcase

Fixano reserves the right to photograph, scan, or display completed work within the Fixano app, website, or marketing channels. No personal information or identifying Customer details will be shared. Media is used solely to showcase workmanship and completed services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixano is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, material degradation, or manufacturer defects. Fixano’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Fixano directly to attempt resolution before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of rewards, or service restrictions. Fixano reserves the right to contest chargebacks using order records, communications, inspections, delivery confirmations, and acceptance of these Terms. Chargebacks related to incorrect service selection, non-refundable fees, or declined services due to item condition will be disputed where permitted.

California Consumer Compliance

Fixano complies with applicable California consumer protection laws, including the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and California Business & Professions Code. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable statutory rights. Refunds and cancellations are governed solely by these Terms, and fixed service fees remain non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Customers agree to attempt informal resolution with Fixano before pursuing legal action. Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in California on an individual basis. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Acceptance & Electronic Agreement

By completing checkout, the Customer confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Services & Orders. Acceptance is provided electronically and constitutes a legally binding agreement.
